I celebrate creativity, diversity and different learning styles. I make house calls and facilitate in home family therapy for individuals who cannot travel. , I have 3 special areas: ADHD and learning problems; Addiction; and Family conflict. Many adults and children struggle with ADHD, different learning styles.and addiction. I help clients identify and work from their strengths. , I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to teach effective coping skills for reducing anger, emotional overload and distorted thinking. I also use expressive arts therapy to help clients integrate past trauma and move forward.
