I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental space for those looking to address issues around stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and coping with loss. I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults in a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to help develop skills to adapt to life changes and provide a comfortable environment to cope with difficult emotions. , I am available to see clients at the Family & Educational Wellness Center in Franklin, and I also provide telehealth therapy sessions.
