I specialize in working with boys and men in individual, as well as in family therapy, with a particular focus on depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am deeply committed to human growth and development, and will in an engaging and interactive teletherapy work with you on the challenges and difficulties that you want to be free from. Rest assured, new research studies show on-line therapy to be as effective as in-person therapy. My therapy approach can best be described as collaborative, cognitive-behavioral, experiential, strength-based, mindfulness-based, practice- based, playfully engaging, and goal-oriented. We open up our conversation to your experiences in these areas. We then move towards creating new openings and possibilities for making real change happen. We’ll do serious work, oftentimes in a lighthearted way. , My particular area of clinical interest, experience, and expertise is in working with boys and men, and families, struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD.
