I utilize a strength-based and multicultural-informed approach to create an environment that encourages insights and empowers you to tap into your resilience. , I work with adolescents up to older adults navigating challenges such as relationship/intimacy issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, sport & performance endeavors, and grief. I utilize approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy/acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic and narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet my clients where they are. , Taking steps to reach out for support from others is no easy task.
