I often use aspects of CBT and DBT. , What we often forget is that the brain is an organ, and when it doesn\t work as it should, we suffer. I like to explore the workings of the brain as they apply to a client\s challenges, and find that doing so can offer relief from the idea that one is "crazy" or somehow "unfixable."
