About Us

I specialize in helping people who have experienced trauma or are going through a life transition. I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Many of my clients come to me because they are experiencing things like trouble sleeping, anxiety, depression, or stress in their relationships. While I have specific training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I also have expertise in helping people who may be going through big life changes such as going to college, moving to a new city, getting married, or going through a divorce or break up. , In our work together, we will take a look at the things that are bothering you right now, and connect the dots between your personal history and the present day. This process can give you a better understanding of yourself, and therefore, the power to make different choices and have new experiences. , I am very passionate and intentional about creating a safe, and trusted space for my clients.
