Currently Accepting New Clients-Part of my clinical interest is focusing on how people cope with comorbid health conditions, and how various physical conditions affect a person’s mental health. I am also interested in the dramatic uptick in mental health diagnoses since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how people have felt the strain on their lives in different ways. Some areas I am passionate about include professional burn-out, existential crises, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I aim to practice with solution-focused methods, and encourage clients to be self-directed in their own treatment.
