About Us

I am licensed to see clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I know asking for help is not an easy thing to do. I also know that finding a provider you trust to help you navigate mental health care can be a challenge. My style is warm, collaborative and engaging. I compassionately promote therapeutic healing, growth & change. I work with adolescents (16 and older) and adults who need support in addressing trauma, along with depression, anxiety, and/or substance use. , " I am an experienced trauma therapist, trained in multiple trauma modalities, including KAP, EMDR, TF-CBT, and CPT. I understand feelings of safety and trust are prerequisites to trauma work. I will meet you where youre at and get to know you within the context of your life and together we will determine the focus of our work. Healing is possible.
