About Us

Welcome! In a world with enumerable pressures and expectations, it can be easy to slip into familiar patterns of surviving that make the world feel more manageable. At times, some of these behaviors stop serving us and can even bring us harm. It can be difficult and scary to shift out of the familiarity of these behaviors and embrace new and unfamiliar ways of taking care of ourselves. I am committed to being there with my clients through that discomfort, building on the skills that exist within, expanding tolerance to distress and discomfort in an empowering way, and creating healthy and sustainable ways of moving through life! , I aim to empower individuals to cultivate a compassionate curiosity for their lived experiences. In session, I employ a variety of trauma informed modalities while inviting my clients to investigate the core experiences that have shaped them and develop adaptive ways to cope and heal. , In my sessions, I take deep care to build a warm and nurturing therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust and respect. I operate with the understanding that we are all experts in our own lives and believe my role is to utilize a combination of modalities to find ways to identify, honor, and empower my clients to meet their individual wants and needs.
