About Us

So often, we can identify the challenges we are experiencing, but we have difficulty processing and understanding them alone. It is my goal to compassionately collaborate with you as we bring greater awareness and acceptance to present moment thoughts, feelings and body sensations. It is through this awareness and increased mind-body connection that we are able to allow, explore and process these difficult experiences. I enjoy working with adults of all backgrounds and identities experiencing difficulty with anxiety, stress, burnout, adjustment, medical issues, professional transitions and development. , My approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in the idea that you know yourself best. I utilize my background and training in applied psychophysiology and biofeedback to explore the mind-body connection and empower clients to re-inhabit their body to create connection, regulation and psychological flexibility. , I know this process can be intimidating and difficult to begin. I hope to create an authentic and warm space that allows you to feel a safe, open therapeutic connection. This connection supports the courageous vulnerability found within this work.
