Our thoughts and feelings can make it hard to breathe, find motivation to do things, or cope with situations from the past, current moments, or new situations. They can keep us up at night or prevent us from moving forward. It is not easy, but you have taken the first step in the right direction and it would be my privilege to be a part of it. In the beginning, concrete strategies are developed to help with current symptoms and then progress into understanding why these feelings and thoughts exist. , Together, we will look at what is important in your life and make changes based on these values. We will identify and reconstruct unhelpful coping skills and thinking patterns to decrease discomfort.
