About Us

Ideal clients include those who are interested in making changes in their lives, and are open to having people support them in making changes. Although I have a background in primarily working with adult and adolescent female identified individuals, I am open to working with various social identities and on a variety of goals. My specific background includes; domestic violence, sexual assault, child and adult trauma. Additionally, I have a background in working with individuals in crisis and or with either new or chronic mental health challenges. , I am a multi-racial clinician who offers a person centered, trauma informed space to identify and work on goals. My focus is on developing a therapeutic relationship that can hold and honor the goals and work that will be done together. My work is client focused meaning that I aim to meet client where they are at and start from there, to work at their pace. , Although I am a licensed clinician, my clients are masters of their own experience and I firmly believe that their experiences and responses to sessions are equally, if not most important. I look at therapy as getting a degree in yourself, to help better understand the world around you and be fully present and aware of how to care for yourself within it.
