About Us

I enjoy working with clients to help them develop more fulfilling relationships, resolve unhelpful patterns, explore their passions, and experience emotional growth. I practice from a psychodynamic framework, though I seek to use and explore the therapeutic modalities which best align with the particular needs and goals of each client. I have a particular interest in working with adults, couples, and members of the queer community around issues of identity, relationships, life transitions, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. I have also facilitated a variety of groups; including process and support groups, CBT and DBT groups , I recently completed my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. During my training, I worked with adults in a variety of settings, using both psychoanalytically informed counseling as well as more solution-focused approaches. I also enjoy incorporating narrative therapy techniques in my work. , I believe in the importance of fostering a secure, trusting, therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as a collaborative process which allows clients to put their thoughts, feelings, and experiences into words. I believe that through this process, clients can experience self-discovery and healing. I would also describe my approach as warm and attuned.
