I have been practicing therapy for over 20 years working with children, families, and adults with a range of mental health concerns. I believe that attaining goals are achieved in a therapeutic relationship where the client feels empowered to make changes. I am rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. When working with children, parents are an integral part of the therapy process.
