About Us

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as clinical psychiatric research. In my private psychotherapy practice, I work from a values-based empowerment model to help individuals who are facing difficult life transitions, adjustment to parenting, challenging relationship issues, difficulties with boundary-setting, and emotional pain/unrest. I am a strong believer in the power of human relationships and the ability to create meaningful change through a holistic, mind/body approach. , I will work collaboratively with you to identify your specific goals for treatment, and together we will explore your individual values and build insight into behaviors and thoughts that may be keeping you stuck. Drawing on various treatment modalities, I will help you develop coping strategies for life stressors, negative thoughts, or challenging emotions. , Engaging in treatment with a therapist is a personal decision.
