Working together, well explore the thoughts, feelings, and habits that might be causing you to feel anxious or depressed, keeping you stuck, or affecting your relationships. Well examine the origins of those influences, and why they may no longer serve you. My goal is to help my clients overcome obstacles, manage stressors, have a greater sense of self-determination, and experience more joy and fulfillment.
