I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of traumatic stress and dissociation. Trauma can have a multifaceted effect on the human body and mind. Whether you are struggling with the emotional, behavioral, physiological and/or cognitive dysregulation that can often accompany traumatic stress, I can help. I have over ten years of experience treating and helping individuals impacted by symptoms associated with Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorders, including but not limited to depression, dissociation, depersonalization, derealization, anxiety, a negative sense of self, and/or difficulty in relationships. , My extensive trauma-focused experience in collaboration with your internal wisdom and courage will be the guide toward your healing and post-traumatic growth. I use an integrative approach to treatment blending psychodynamic, relational, skill-based, and trauma-focused techniques. I prioritize acceptance, collaboration, safety, pacing, and regulation.
