I have spent several years working with children and families navigating emotional and behavioral health. I have a strong background in trauma informed care and I am certified in trauma focused CBT. I enjoy working with children and young adults, couples and families. I have a strong background addressing the struggles of depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual assault, domestic violence, ADHD, and more. I treat clients with a strengths based approach and use a wide range modalities for holistic treatment such as CBT, DBT, Solution focused, play therapy techniques and more!
