I provide trauma-informed therapy for deep feelers, Highly Sensitive People, and those with chronic illness. Through our work, you will feel more comfortable with your emotions, strengthen your mind-body connection, and gain clarity about what you want and need. We will bring a focus to your strengths, resilience, and adaptiveness, helping you feel more empowered and connected to yourself. These internal resources will create more ease in navigating life situations and relationships while providing you with relief and healing. , At the heart of our work together is a safe, warm, and compassionate space where you can feel comfortable and supported. My approach is empathic, relational, strength-based, and collaborative. I value bringing my own authenticity and humanity to therapy as we explore, adjust, and make decisions together. , I am trained in trauma treatment and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and use techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and other mind-body approaches.
