Therapy is a uniquely personal process of coming to understand yourself more fully. For most people, distress and confusion is the entry point. Being with a seasoned clinician can make a significant difference. I have advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with adults. This orientation helps us come to a fuller understanding of what gets in the way of achieving a more stable sense of satisfaction in your life, work, and relationships. , I have 4 years post-graduate training from The Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute. My training consisted of three years of academic theory in conjunction with four years of highly supervised clinical work, and intensive personal psychotherapy that refined my clinical skill and allowed me to experience firsthand what it takes to make lasting change. I also have a certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from The Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute. , There is a deep knowledge base that I draw on to understand where and why people struggle, however I believe therapeutic change occurs through a fluid experience where we come to better understand you in real time. I have weekday and limited evening openings.
