I am fluent in three Asian languages (Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi). , My services are open to all ages and include counselling for at-risk behaviours, abuse, trauma, anger, violence, grief, relationships, anxiety, PTSD, and other life issues. As a first generation immigrant, I understand the value of a strong support network. I focus on counselling individuals in need of urgent support dealing with emotional challenges.
