" I have assisted many clients in gaining insight into the issues that they are struggling with and healthier options that work for them. No client is the same as the next. We are all unique and take different paths in life and deserve a space to be heard. Clients struggle to connect with emotions, processing and regulating their emotions and struggle with finding positive solutions. Sometimes in life we dont know exactly what we want or which way to turn. I give my clients the space to learn about themselves and grow. I am compassionate, attentive and work with my clients to find the positive attributes in their lives. ", I have worked with a different populations of people from the ages of 4 - 70+. I have taught many different groups, worked with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, couples and families. I have worked with those struggling with addiction, trauma, dual diagnosis, anger management, couples issues, anxiety, depression and other life stressors. , We all struggle with things in our lives that at times make it really difficult to see the positive things in life. We all could benefit from a place to go that is non judgemental, relaxing and gives us the space to process these difficult moments.
