Have you ever thought of your Entire Life as being a web of relationships? I do. I see your life as having 4 Key Areas of Relationship: 1) With your SELF, 2) With OTHERS, 3) With local Community and the World, 4) And possibly, With Substances, or other Vices. When any 1 or more of these is stressful or out of balance, symptoms occur or worsen. Uncomfortable feelings of transition/change, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, internal or external conflict, feeling hopeless or stuck or angry, or alone, without support or solutions. The list goes on. It is my Mission to help you to feel rapid relief and to facilitate healing/change. , I am passionate about Connection: Developing Healthy Connection, Managing Conflict in Connection, and Enhancing Connection. I have over 20 years of experience in helping others from all walks of life to achieve healthier communication, conflict management and life balance. I use a variety of techniques, and most importantly much empathy and humor. , It takes great courage to reach out for help, and yet this is the start of new, positive chapters that are probably long overdue for you. No issues are too trivial or too big for psychotherapy. I will provide for you a very non-judgmental, professional, caring and solution-oriented experience.
