Hi, I’m Xenia, I am a licensed therapist with eight years of experience working in the mental health field. I particularly enjoy working with women who struggle with putting themselves first. Individuals who notice they are the support person for everyone else, but feel like they can’t lean on others or ask for help because that feels like even more of a chore. You might be at the point where it’s starting to feel too overwhelming, you can’t handle all of it on your own, and resentment towards your partner or others might already be starting to build. We can work together to process what you’re going through now and set boundaries for yourself and others, even if that feels impossible right now. You don’t want to lose those relationships you have but you do need them to change. , I have extensive training in evidence-based practices including CBT, MST, and EMDR and love utilizing EMDR in sessions. I also have training in Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, Perinatal Grief and Loss and am passionate about working with women who are going through fertility issues, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy termination, and child-free by choice.
