Life is full of unexpected events and change. The death of a loved one, a divorce, a shift in health… even a positive change such as adoption or graduating from college can leave us feeling disconnected, anxious, and vulnerable. These are times when we could all benefit from increased support, guidance, and encouragement. Sometimes we need a reminder that we each hold the tools within us to manage the overwhelming moments and that we have the power to reconnect to feelings of peace and joy. , I utilize evidenced based therapies with a heart centered approach to create a safe and transformative space for exploration and healing. My directive approach allows me to challenge clients when needed, while also providing them with empathy and compassion. My goal is to help clients feel empowered and experience more joy in their lives. , I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida. I have worked in various settings including in-home, school-based, community mental health and private practice. I value integrating traditional psychotherapy with alternative healing approaches to facilitate healing wholly.
