I obtained a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida in 1997. I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with over 20 years of experience providing emotional, behavioral, and mental health support to diverse populations. My main goal as a therapist is to help clients overcome situations that might interfere with their emotional stability. I have served children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a wide variety of mental health conditions, addressing issues such as School Behavior, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, Impulse-Control, and Grief. , I facilitated Batterer Intervention, Survivors of Domestic Violence, Grief, and DUI groups. For more than 20 years I have worked at Non-Profit agencies and Community Centers serving a multicultural population. As a therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I feel passionate about cultural differences and assisting families in the acculturation process.
