It’s natural to have times when the answers to life’s dilemmas seem unclear. But you don’t have to live a life of uncertainty, frustration and confusion anymore. Whether you are facing a major life transition, personal conflict, or just feel stuck in your current situation, you have come to the right place. I work in partnership with my clients. I bring my experience, training and listening skills; clients bring their expertise on themselves, their experiences and how they see themselves in their world. Together, we work to gain understanding and develop effective individualized treatment goals. , I have experience working with clients of all ages, with varying demographics. I enjoy working with young adults, especially those in transition from high school to college or from college into adulthood. My special interest areas include teens and young adults, codependency, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, & life transitions. , The decision to meet with a therapist is an important first step in the healing process. I know it can feel overwhelming, and maybe you feel like you "should" be able to handle things on your own, but the truth is, you don\t have to. Life can be difficult and, sometimes, you need a little bit of help navigating the journey.
