I provide clients with a respectful non-judgement environment to safely tell their story, identify their "triggers" and/or current coping strategies and develop improved coping strategies and beliefs about yourself. , I use a variety of counseling techniques such as solution focused therapy brief (SFBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused, Strengths Based, Family Systems, and interpersonal therapy. I offer evening and Saturday hours.
