Accepting new clients as of 9/1/2024. As a therapist for over 25 years, I have helped people from diverse populations from teenagers to geriatric individuals feel and live better. I have experience in helping clients with reducing stress and anxiety, resolving family conflicts, increasing communication within relationships and families, and working with individuals with PTSD, trauma and abuse, older adults coping with medical illness, dementia for both the client and care giver, transitions, grief and loss. , I offer a very calm, comforting environment. It is a privilege to be entrusted with your personal feelings and thoughts. In therapy, we work together to deepen your self-understanding, address and work to resolve concerns that contribute to your emotional struggles and enhance your personal growth. , It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward a change.
