Hello! My name is Stacy Nale-Stadom(She/Her/Hers), LMFT. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer consultations, individual counseling, couple’s counseling, and EMDR therapy. I provide telehealth only services within the state of FL and NC and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and counseling during life transitions. I have been trained in Gottman Level I, II, and III, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, trainings through WPATH, and I am a yoga teacher! , Unlike some therapists who simply sit and listen, I take a more active approach. I will listen and support you, but I will also challenge you to work towards building a life that excites you. We will laugh, cry, and have fun together while tackling the tough work.
