When we can no longer accept the things we cannot change, we must change the things we cannot accept. Beginning a therapeutic journey can be an intimidating process, however, it is the first step towards growth, exploration, and change. My clinical focus includes working with LGBTQIA+ folks, self-esteem, and family of origin issues. I am passionate about providing a safe, validating, and affirming space for all. , I believe in establishing a collaborative and authentic therapeutic relationship. By exploring and examining beliefs, values, and intersecting identities, I view clients holistically, not simply in the context of their mental health concerns.
