About Us

" Life is about our journey, not about our circumstances. I love helping those who want to help themselves and who have a passion for MORE in their lives than the status quo. I want to help others find their joy! A significant focus for me is working with couples before during or after marriage OR divorce who are struggling to get their relationship to a healthier place. I work with an array of personal/individual and couple issues. I often do relationship therapy with just one person sitting on my couch. Change still happens; its like the Butterfly Effect. ", For those who have made the decision to divorce, I assist them to do so collaboratively, addressing some of the many important areas of their lives together including financial matters, children- young and old, etc. In addition, I support individuals overcoming stress/anxiety, depression, grief/loss and those struggling with any variety of life transitions. , I love working with entire families and also with young adults navigating through the challenges and demands of school and career choices. My goal is to connect with people exactly where they are. I assess, learn desired outcomes, instill hope, teach tools and help achieve goals through a conscious, deliberate, and often times challenging change process.
