It is my goal to help others by walking with them in life as they explore and discover what brings them joy and fulfillment, and supporting them as they reach those goals. , Through my experience working with adults and adolescents with co-occurring substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders at the outpatient and IOP levels, I have always aimed to assist the individual in reaching for the best versions of themselves. I also have special training in EMDR, EFT, Gottman Method Relationship Therapy, FARS, and TBRI. , With the availability and convenience of telehealth, as well as in person sessions, therapy is more accessible than ever.
