Perhaps you’ve discovered yourself having reactions and relational patterns that sabotage the closeness you long for with others. Or maybe you simply desire to know more about who you were truly made to be so that you can authentically navigate your current season of life. If any of this resonates with you, I want you to know that you are not alone and that there is hope. , I use a client-centered approach and seek to provide my clients with an authentic and safe relationship where they can show up as they are. I see individuals, couples, and families and have experience with sexual addiction, low self-esteem, spiritual struggles, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, skills coaching, and identity formation. , Oftentimes the habits and patterns we are stuck in are actually the biggest clues into what our hearts truly long for. I believe that an abundant life is possible for anyone and that courage (the kind that has led you to consider counseling in the first place) is the first step towards discovering those longings and creating new ways to truly fulfill them.
