About Us

I have worked with clients from Hawaii to Florida, and strived to contribute to their personal journeys toward fulfillment and balance. My work initially focused on children and families, and evolved to include lifestyle and behavioral counseling for adults, families, and seniors of all ages and stages of life. Over the past 5 years, I have focused on nurturing individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, and confusion. From grief, loss, or fear, to parenting, finding work life balance, or entering new chapters of life, change presents us all with burdens that should be recognized and appreciated. , My counseling style is calm and refreshing, focused on identifying and supporting individual goals of growth. I have extensive training in cultural awareness, gender sensitivity, and social equity. I believe that the individual experiences, family tendencies, and societal influences contribute to our world-view, and coping mechanisms. , I believe that we can all acknowledge the pieces of our history that have shaped us today, as we define individual and fulfilling paths for our future. I believe in approaching every situation with the understanding that there are many paths that lead toward a peaceful resolve. I am here to serve as your co-pilot as you navigate your journey.
