With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, I support individuals and couples in working through difficult experiences and emotions to rediscover safety, trust, and intimacy. Specializing in both trauma recovery and couples therapy, I help survivors of sexual abuse process their pain, rebuild their sense of self-worth, and establish healthier boundaries. For couples, I focus on communication, conflict resolution, and rekindling emotional and physical connection. I support women and girls through life’s challenges, integrating Christian faith for those seeking spiritual guidance. My approach fosters healing, resilience, and growth utilizing Trauma Focused CBT, IFS, and Mindfulness , " We serve a diverse population including Black (African disapora) and Haitian American. We speak English and Haitian Creole. We have a desire to promote healthy relationship dynamics, improve communication, cohesiveness and encourage mental well being in the African American community.
