" Hello! My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, thought-provoking & tool-based approach to the counseling process. You are the expert on you & my role is to help you remove and/or reduce any barriers preventing you from living your most fulfilling life. I remember being in your shoes at one point, clicking through online profiles trying to find the right fit to begin working on myself. I was somewhat hesitant & wasnt really sure therapy was even for me. But what I learned through my personal journey was that everyone & I mean everyone can use a bit of support & additional insight at critical moments of life. Im here to help! I prescribe to a holistic-therapeutic approach that often includes humor & real life analogies that honors the story of every individual or couple I encounter.
