I typically work with adults 18 and older. I have experience working with substance use disorders, depression and anxiety. My approach is client-centred and meeting them where they are at. The majority of my clients say that I have a Laissez-faire approach but am always honest with them about their care. , I became a social worker because I went through some trauma and know what it feels like to find yourself in a dark place. Through hard work, therapy, and support, I was able to find my way into the light. I strive to help others on their journey to healing and find their light.
