I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), holistic life coach, and metaphysical philosopher with a passion for helping others reach their greatest potential. I have over eight years of experience helping children, adolescents and families overcome struggles with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. I enjoy exploring new concepts in the realm of mental, physical, and spiritual health and love integrating these ideas into a holistic lifestyle that can help make the world a better place. , Growing up with a sister who has special needs, I learned from an early age the compassion it takes to care for someone with a unique set of challenges. I have a special place in my heart for working with children and adults in the disabled community and aim to help each client reach their goals to become a better version of themselves. , I believe that YOU are the expert of your story!
