I specialize in helping individuals through all transitional stages of life, helping navigate through the complexities of chronic illness and pain, ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I hope to help ease the overwhelming fear and life changes you may be feeling. My approach is chronic illness and chronic pain affirming, neurodivergent, queer-affirming, non-monogamous affirming, chronic illness/pain affirming, and sex-positive affirming. I want to assist you with harm reduction, see clients as they are and who they will become and help create a safe space to help build tools just for you. , I want to create a space where you can explore those more challenging moments in life, develop coping skills and learn to build systems and changes that are beneficial for you. I lean towards a narrative and multicultural approach, focusing on your stories and how you want them told. I incorporate laughter, safety and care to foster healing and growth. , Your life is your own, and how we navigate therapy is your choice. I am here to help, guide, understand, and support you through whatever lens is most comfortable for you. Healing comes from safety, and my goal is to help you find that safe place, become your authentic self, build your coping tools, and be whoever you want to be.
