Hi, my name is Mysha. I prioritize providing individuals, couples, families, and teenagers with a specialized treatment plan, catered to their needs. We go at your pace and my clients are always in charge of their futures. I use various techniques, such as, strength-based perspectives, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, motivational interviewing, and much more!
