Our experiences may change the way we view ourselves and others or cause us to have intense reactions to certain situations. You may have negative thoughts about yourself that just won’t seem to go away. There is hope! Through therapy, we can work to heal the ways your experiences have impacted you. I often work with people who have experienced trauma such as domestic violence, sexual abuse and physical abuse, but there is a wide range of experiences that we can work on together. Regardless of what is bringing you into therapy, I am looking forward to working with you to move towards a place of healing. , I am a licensed clinician with experience in helping people of all ages and backgrounds heal from traumatic experiences. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am also a nationally rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy provider. , I am passionate about helping people get from where they are to where they want to be. My compassion and understanding will help provide a feeling of safety and support in this process. No matter your goal in embarking on this journey, my biggest hope for you is that you will gain a greater understanding of yourself as you move throughout your life.
