I have experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, mood disorders, trauma, relational issues, and personality disorders. The clients I typically work with suffer from underlying issues that manifest as self-sabotage, depression and anxiety, conflict with friends and family, toxic relationships, and compulsive behaviors. I believe that healing happens in safe relationships and enjoy working to develop that with my clients. , I am trained in DBT and CBT but primarily use attachment and psychodynamic approaches. I offer coping skills as well as in-depth processing of core issues. Together, my clients and I create a treatment frame to manage symptoms and safely explore what might be underneath them. , Many of us feel defeated when we only scratch the surface of the very deep, human wounds we all carry.
