Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint triggers. At other times the contributing factors are clear but, managing thoughts, feelings and emotions are difficult. Having professional guidance can help you. , Talking to family or friends about your issues may be difficult. You may be afraid that they will hold judgment or resentment.
