I particularly enjoy working with anxious clients, providing them with ways to manage their stress and thoughts using cognitive restructuring, behavioral calming strategies, mindfulness, meditation, and problem-solving strategies that are geared toward the age of my client. , I work with clients in whatever format they prefer, whether it be in an individual, relational, or family context.
