About Us

I have been fortunate to have the majority of my referrals come through friends or family of prior clients. The passion I felt when entering the field of counseling 20 years ago, seems even greater today. More individuals and couples are genuinely motivated to seek deeper levels of understanding and self-awareness. Most behavior and thought patterns are learned early in our development. Many suffer due to repeated behavior and choices, involving friends, family, and relationships. Change in the choices we make, often results in positively altering the way we feel, perceive, and live life. Authentic change begins within oneself. , Attentively listening to the words that one uses to express their thoughts and feelings, reveals a visible path as to how one thinks and processes their world. Most importantly, I listen objectively and without judgment. Observing and assisting the client to achieve greater awareness of their thoughts and words, which describes their world, defines my job. , Our world is filled with many who suffer, yet their hearts and intentions are sincere. The pain of loneliness is far too prevalent. We have developed a complex world where communicating through texts or a screen is the norm. To multitask is admired. The mind and brain are on overload. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual deficiencies seem epidemic.
