If you are feeling lost, anxious, depressed, stressed, exhausted, or overwhelmed, you are not alone. We all find ourselves “lost” at various times in our lives. I understand\xa0how painful, unsettling, and lonely those times can be. In my clinical work, I strive to help you move through those experiences so that you can step into a freer, fuller, and more connected life. On our therapeutic journey together, I will serve as a guide and resource as you find your path toward greater peace, purpose, and direction. , As a therapist, I integrate and coordinate evidence-based approaches from within a philosophically rich, existential-humanistic framework. This is a fancy way of saying that I do what "works" with warmth, presence, and compassion. The goal is to help you move through your pain so that you can discover what mental and emotional wellness really means for you. , I aim to provide a safe and validating space in which you will feel empowered to embrace your full humanity in all its beauty and fragility, so that you can face the challenges of life with a renewed and enduring sense of wonder and well-being. Together, we will move from "lost" to "found."
