Life has a peculiar way of setting us on paths that we never expected to travel. For some, this means finding yourself "stuck", lost, lonely, depressed, or anxious. Others find themselves struggling with a major life transition, health condition, or traumatic life event or loss they never imagined experiencing and now not getting the support they need to move forward. Perhaps you have found yourself juggling so many different roles or responsibilities, you feel like you can no longer manage to balance or focus. We don\t choose for these things to happen, but they happen. , I believe that every individual has the power to improve their quality of life, even when presented with the most perplexing set of challenges. My role as a therapist is to help you, through our relationship, to regain that sense of control within your life as we work together. , People are unique.
