About Us

Coming to therapy can be hard. My goal is to make therapy and coaching a positive experience. I work mainly with all addictions including sex, porn and gambling as well as relationship issues, couples work and anxiety. I also work with couples having relationship concerns and those seeking premarital counseling. I offer life coaching for those looking to break negative life patterns and those that are having a hard time managing life transitions. I also specialize in teen issues as well as transgender and identity issues and are certified to do phone and video sessions , I work with all aspects of relationships issues from couples concerns to issues with dating, communication, sex, intimacy, and boundaries in couples and individuals. I also offer pre-marital counseling based on an 8 session course to help couples successfully navigate and avoid the most common relationship pitfalls. , I work from a collaborative, caring, and supportive model of therapy and coaching. As a team we can work together to help you create the life you have always imagined. I believe that each person has the power to break cycles and patterns and lead an amazing life.
