Stress, anxiety, depression, grief , and life\s hardships are universal.. Understanding and having someone that knows first hand the struggles you face, is imperative to building trust and rapport. I aspire to work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, body image, relationship issues, esteem issues etc because if no one has reminded you lately, You are worth it. All it takes is someone to listen with an open mind, heart, and ears. The impossible becomes "I\m Possible". I believe in being authentic and myself.. My goal is that you may be able to do the same! , I can help you get unstuck by reminding you that life\s hardships are like pit stops along the journey and at times we encounter a flat tire or we are out of gas. However, we would not junk the car because of those things. So why count yourself out because you\re momentarily on "E" or riding on a flat. .Let\s work together in order to get in motion again. , Asking for help takes courage, but suffering in silence does not have to be an option. Let me meet you where you are and we can map out the journey together. However, you will have to take the first steps. I offer understanding, empathy, compassion and a light- hearted setting because I have been where you are. My promise is to create a safe space.
